کنسانتره کمپلکس پروترومبین
Factor VIIa, prothrombin complex concentrates (PCC), and tranexamic acid are massive transfusion protocol adjuncts that decrease the use of blood products and help to control hemor- rhage.
PCC is derived from human blood and contains varying amounts of the vitamin K-dependent factors II, VII, IX, and X and protein C and S.
PCC is growing in popularity as a reversal agent for patients taking anticoagulants, especially the so-called novel anticoagulants.
PCC was intended to counteract the coagulopathy induced by warfarin, which is mediated through inhibition of the terminal carboxylation of the vitamin K- dependent clotting factors. ftree PCCs are composed of factors II, VII, and X, and four factor agents have those plus added factor
VII. fte emergence of innovative anticoagulants such as dabiga- tran and rivaroxaban, direct thrombin and factor Xa inhibitors, respectively, has expanded the role of PCC.
